I am a bit confused about NO continental COMPLIMENTARY. Instead they have what looks like a free breakfast with a $13 price tag. There is also limited items to buy for snacks and toiletries. No shaving cream?! Thanks only other cons are the location seems to be far away from anything and a bit pricey. If it were not for the amazing performance and professionalism of the staff, I would rate 3*. The service is perfect here. I did not enter the pool or fitness room, however they both looked very appealing and well maintained.
Good, clean hotel with VERY comfy beds. If you have to stay in the area, I wouldn't have any qualms about coming here again. It is on the pricey side, for not NYC adjacent - come on, like $200 a night?
I booked this hotel in February 2017 through a third party for my wedding night at the end of august 2017. I confirmed my stay at this hotel the day before scheduled check in and the morning of check in. I did not have the time to check in prior to my wedding. I show up in the my wedding dress and my husband in his tuxedo the night of my scheduled stay for staff at the front desk to comment that I should have been contacted by the third party I originally booked through to find out that my reservation was cancelled by the hotel. The hotel then sent me and my husband to a shabby hotel down the road. There were no apologies or explanations given by the staff of the Hilton. I show up to the other hotel down the road and the staff there had no idea the Hilton was sending me to stay there. We get into our room an hour after first showing at the Hilton and look at our shabby room to worry about bed bugs. Never will I ever book a Hilton in the future or recommend them to anyone. How dare they treat me and my husband like this on our wedding night.
The slamming of the doors that can be heard in room was quite annoying. The tub clogged up whole showering...the bed in the room needes to be replaced as it sags when yoi lay down. Staff was courteous and attentive especially during check in and breakfast
It's a beautiful hotel everything is so neat, pretty and the staff is very welcoming. Like a home away from home. One of my favorite parts was this ship and happens to be the only thing I took a picture of it's by the elevator and it's amazing the attention to detail is crazy. The hotel is spotless with free WiFi, cable, coffee maker, microwave, fridge etc. My stay was enjoyable and as comfortable as humanly possible kudos to the management for running such a smooth ship
